Founded by Carmine Colella in 1967 in the heart of Aosta, Colella was born as a point of reference for the sale of food slicers, coffee makers and scales.

Colella acquired an impressive forty years experience in designing kitchens for restaurants and retail outlets in the food sector. Over the past 15 years Colella specialized in the provision of manufacture professional equipment for the home kitchen.

The growth and development of the company finds its roots in the relationship of trust with the customer.

This activity focuses on the sale of kitchen equipment, and restoration of Berkel vintage original flywheel slicers , manual operation unique pieces. The restoration is meticulously carried out under the supervision of the owner, a passionate collector.
