Colella provides 2-year warranty on all our product.

To use the warranty, the customer must keep the invoice as proof of the date of purchase.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use of the machine or damages due to other use than that described in the manual or normal aging phenomena.

During the warranty period the after sales assistance for slicers and vacuum packaging is provided by Colella technicians in order to ensure maximum quality of the service. In case of a manufacturer defect the machine will be sent directly to the manufacturer.
