The Colella VO 250 flywheel slicer is the smallest and most compact between manual slicers (VO 300 - VO 350).The body of the slicer can be uncoupled from the pedestal: it's perfect if you want to place it on top of your home or your chalet kitchen!
Designed for use both domestic and professional, with a protective ring around the blade (CE compliant), the flywheel VO 250 is suitable for cutting small hams, beef jerky, salami.
Available in two versions:
