The Colella VO 300 flywheel slicer is our best-selling model, bigger than VO 250 but smaller than VO 350 .

The V0 300 model is of only 4 cm bigger than the VO 250 (680 mm), but the 30 cm blade allow to cut a medium size ham (7-8 kg).

Putting the product on food cart can be made in an easy way because of the open-arm clamp.

The flywheel VO 300, as well as the other models, is equipped with a fixed protection ring around the blade for passive safety of the operator during the cleaning process. It can be used in both professional (serial number with certificate of CE-compliant) and domestic place.

Standard (standard flywheel _ no decorations)

Special (daisy-shaped flywheel / _ full flower decorated body; protective clear lacquer finish)
